Eating fish regularly Prevent Allergies of Children

The team of researchers from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden involving 3,285 babies as a respondent. Team examined the intake of children at the age of 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 years. They also want to know how the development of allergies in children.

Swedes in general are happy to eat fish. The children in the country eating fish at least two times a month. However, in this study did not mention what fish should be consumed.
